they're not working
and when they do...
they're bloody.
like BLOODY
and i know thats gross.
but i want you to know how scared i am.
i'm also home!
and i also just had sex with nate!

and it'll happen again this weekend

umm... yeah... that's not a good thing.

Go to the doctor and get a request form for a stool sample. It could mean a lot of things, not just colon cancer.
That would be worst case scenario.
Does it hurt when you go or is it just bloody?
Could be dietary. Could be inner haemorrhoids. Could be an intestinal bug/infection.
Go to the doctor before you start shitting out your bowel piece by piece.
You with a colostomy bag would not be a turn on for more sex with this Nate fellow.
